Because of this, you, the customer, will benefit from a more personal service, not always found within larger enterprises. ​Our catering unit holds a 5 million Public Liability insurance and complies with current health and safety regulations. The staff are fully trained and hold level 2  and level 3 Food Hygiene certificates..
 
We are registered with Skegness Town Council and Lincolnshire County Council environmental health departments. We are also registered with Butlins own environmental health department. For many years our unit has been awarded with a  5 Star Hygiene rating from both Councils. Our unit is gas safety tested yearly. ​Food temperatures are regularly checked using the latest temperature equipment and recorded in log books. Our catering unit has fire extinguishers and fire blankets, All documentation can be sent to you prior to your event.
